are your services covered by insurance?

If you have an insurance plan that covers Registered Dietitian services and/or Registered Social Worker services, then yes! You can submit your session receipts to your provider for reimbursement under both/either categories. I do not do direct billing at this time.
do you only talk about food?

Nope! A person’s relationship with food and body is largely shaped by their environment; this means in order to understand your relationship with food, we have to look at your past experiences, your relationships with friends and family, and the systems we exist within. How much we focus on food/nutrition is entirely your choice.
Do you offer services in french?

Sessions are only offered in English, but I do understand French and have worked in bilingual settings before. If you are open to working together in franglais, send me a message!
